Overall this is a lovely hotel - great location, friendly & helpful staff, modern, clean, comfortable bed, good sized room. Complementary morning coffee in reception is a nice touch as you head out for the day. We ordered room service one night and it was delicious and a reasonable price.

I love how everytime we walked in we were always greeted with a warm welcome, regulardless if we came intoxicated or sober. Very rare to have a non judgmental environment when it comes to hotels because of alot of employees tend to judge. But this one was absolutely so warm and welcoming. The staff and valet went above an beyond to make sure we knew where everything was located and provided such great friendly service. Definitely want to come back for a 2nd experience!

I loved the top floor with wonderful city views. The gym was great n same floor and so was the bar with incredible staff and great views.

The AC is a very nice downtown hotel with a great 20th floor rooftop bar. Try the French 54! Rooms are nice. The valet parking service is IDEAL. You can go in an out as much as you like, plus they will let you stay parked until 9PM on your check-out day without charging you for another day. We will definitely go back next time we are in Denver.

Bryn at the front desk was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. We arrived at check in just after 4 pm and a queen room was unavailable due to cleaning. I had booked 2 queens and was unwilling to take a king room. She went out of her way to get the room ready for us quickly. I was also extremely taken with the restaurant, Corrine. Excellent brunch. Our waitress, Jamie, was so welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect! Even the chef came out and checked on my special “1” pancake order as I ordered it on the tail end of our meal!

Room was clean and bright with a nice view. Every staff person was super helpful and friendly, A+ staff. Corrine Restaurant had great food. Lobby was pleasant. I never heard anything from the rooms around me, nice and quiet.

AC hotel has a really nice rooftop bar. Also breakfast at the restaurant at the next-door hotel, Le Meridien, was excellent. Very easy to go from one hotel to another. Both of them have nice bars, crowded, good cocktails and atmosphere. The location is perfect!

The room was small, but very nice and sleek. I could walk from the hotel to numerous places to grab a bite to eat, which was a big advantage. All the staff were kind and helpful, particularly the valet.

Every staff member here was welcoming & friendly throughout the entirety of our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop two nights while we were here. Cleaning staff did an excellent job coming in each morning, did not interrupt our stay and always came back with a fresh room!

Wonderful location! Extremely friendly staff, they’re amazing, smiling, kind. I’ve been to Denver SOO many times, it’s one of my favorite locations, everything is walking distance, restaurants, shop, public transportation. But the staff at the AC Hotel, they’re so awesome, helpful, polite, happy to help.
